Responsibilities
- Oversee internal HR operations and manage the employee lifecycle
- Recruit and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants
- Handle administrative tasks including onboarding, development, and offboarding
- Manage payroll administration, data validation, and compliance with regulations
- Ensure effectiveness of internal HR workflows and day-to-day processes
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and employment legislation
- Maintain HR and payroll data in compliance with company policies
- Support HR reporting, audits, and statutory filings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong team management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
