About the role
Responsibilities
- Validate the correct execution of the onboarding process for employees and commission agents
- Ensure complete personnel files and manage the creation of labor or commercial contracts
- Manage bi-weekly payroll incidents and ensure timely payments
- Control vacation schedules, leaves of absence, and disability documentation
- Oversee commission agent payments, including advances, liquidations, and bonuses
- Implement and execute actions to improve the organizational climate in alignment with federal regulations
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in an administrative field (titulado)
- At least 3 years of recent experience in a similar HR operations role
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong operational control and frustration tolerance
- Availability to work Monday to Friday (08:00 am - 05:30 pm) and Saturdays (08:00 am - 01:30 pm)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the retail sector
Benefits
- Base salary of $17,000 MXN per month
