Senior HR Manager, Supply Chain, AMEA & GTR

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional VP and Supply Chain Leadership Team to drive the execution of the People Strategy, including organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Lead and project manage key HR initiatives and strategic change programs across the AMEA and GTR markets.
• Implement the Global Talent Strategy, conducting talent reviews and ensuring a robust succession pipeline for critical roles.
• Drive culture and engagement by embedding leadership behaviors, monitoring employee wellbeing, and implementing recognition programs.
• Support organizational design and implementation of changes aligned with the talent strategy and business needs.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and labor/union management processes.
• Oversee the local Operations HR function and provide direct leadership and development to direct reports.
• Maintain HR systems, specifically Workday, ensuring data integrity and providing relevant people analytics.

Requirements

• Proven HR leadership experience within complex, matrixed environments.
• Expertise in strategic HR initiative leadership, talent management, and succession planning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Extensive experience in employee relations management and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Ability to travel to various markets to maintain connection with stakeholders.

• Experience working within a global supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to link people strategy to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams.
