Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to Hub leadership, providing guidance on people plans and organizational culture
• Coordinate with in-market HR teams regarding employment contracts, onboarding, and local labor law compliance
• Manage performance cycles, including OKRs, feedback, and development planning
• Establish talent mapping and succession planning for critical roles
• Own and improve core people frameworks, policies, handbooks, and governance structures
• Maintain accurate employee databases and monitor HR metrics to identify trends and risks
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring strategies with workforce planning and headcount forecasting

Requirements

• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Experience in creative, digital, marketing, or fast-paced professional services environments
• Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation
• Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple geographies
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
