About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Hub leadership, providing guidance on people plans and organizational culture
- Coordinate with in-market HR teams regarding employment contracts, onboarding, and local labor law compliance
- Manage performance cycles, including OKRs, feedback, and development planning
- Establish talent mapping and succession planning for critical roles
- Own and improve core people frameworks, policies, handbooks, and governance structures
- Maintain accurate employee databases and monitor HR metrics to identify trends and risks
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring strategies with workforce planning and headcount forecasting
Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Experience in creative, digital, marketing, or fast-paced professional services environments
- Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
