Senior HR Manager

About the Company

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and administration of HRIS (Rippling)
• Maintain and improve company HR policies and procedures
• Design and deliver onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Develop and coordinate an annual learning and development calendar
• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee quarterly HR data audits
• Report on key people metrics including attrition and engagement
• Deliver annual performance and remuneration review cycles
• Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings and interview scheduling
• Support employee relations and workplace investigations
• Build a sense of shared culture across an international distributed team

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years’ experience in generalist HR roles
• Deep knowledge of Australian HR compliance and employment law
• Experience implementing and managing HR systems and people processes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency required
