Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead plant HR strategy and full HR buildout for the Giga IL facility
• Drive talent acquisition for both hourly and salaried roles
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance management
• Design and implement training, onboarding, and leadership development programs
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll compliance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, OSHA, EEOC)
• Act as a strategic advisor to plant leadership on organizational design and culture
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience
• Significant experience in manufacturing or plant environments
• Experience supporting high-growth, ramp-up, or startup operations
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Prior leadership experience managing HR staff or teams
