Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, driving the people agenda across Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and Corporate functions.
• Provide guidance on organizational structure, talent development, and succession planning in alignment with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with works councils and employee representatives to ensure constructive social dialogue.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal company policies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Benefits teams to deliver an excellent candidate and employee experience.
• Design and implement annual training plans, total rewards strategies, and diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement through survey deployment, action planning, and employer branding activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related Business Administration field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in Spain.
• Proven experience working within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Fluency in Catalan is a must.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decision-making.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
