Senior HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of HR policies including recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
• Oversee resolution of employee concerns, coaching, discipline, and investigations to maintain a positive work environment
• Lead internal and external recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and onboarding new hires
• Act as a primary resource for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Maintain accurate employee data and payroll information within HRIS and timekeeping systems
• Compile time and attendance data, including PTO and leaves, to support payroll accuracy
• Support daily attendance activities and update Kronos to ensure policy integrity
• Implement training initiatives and proactive employee relations programs to develop the workforce
• Support internal and external audits and lead change initiatives within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience working with HRIS platforms
• Hands-on experience with Workday
• Experience using Kronos for time and attendance management
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM or PHR certification
