Senior HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation for audit readiness
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including Form I-9 verification
• Manage semi-monthly payroll processing and related employee transactions
• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, scheduling, and offer administration
• Support performance management programs, goal setting, and employee development
• Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS maintenance
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Support employee engagement, culture-building, and internal communications

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in the United States
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience in employee relations, onboarding, HR operations, and talent acquisition
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems
• Experience in multi-state employment environments
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Experience in gaming, technology, entertainment, or fast-growing organizations
