Senior HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Partner with the site leadership team to ensure HR strategy supports business goals
• Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process to meet talent needs
• Provide advice, coaching, and counseling to employees and managers regarding policy interpretation and employee relations
• Guide and support the performance management process
• Maintain accurate data within the Workday HRIS system
• Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and Benefits teams on training and wellness initiatives
• Assist with site audits, compliance matters, and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of direct HR experience in a generalist role
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic partner to management teams
• Strong knowledge of Federal and Massachusetts State employment laws
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency with Workday (HRIS)
