Senior HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries from a global workforce
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including international onboarding, offboarding, and data updates via EOR/PEO vendors
• Execute talent acquisition logistics, such as updating recruitment databases, drafting offer letters, and scheduling international interviews
• Act as the tactical administrator for ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data integrity and processing compensation updates
• Optimize HR technology by building automated workflows and troubleshooting platform integrations
• Support lifecycle processes including promotion tracking, relocation logistics, and performance review administration
• Maintain digital personnel records and coordinate project tracking via Monday.com

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in a Human Resources function
• Proven, hands-on expertise with ADP Workforce Now for core transactions and reporting
• Experience operating within cross-cultural, multi-country, or distributed team environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (specifically Excel/Google Sheets for data auditing)
• Familiarity with digital collaboration and project tracking tools like Monday.com
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality
