About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day administration of HR programs, policies, and processes
- Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Coordinate benefits including open enrollment and new hire enrollments
- Support weekly payroll processing and analyze payroll data for compliance
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state laws
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and HR policies
- Leverage Excel and data analysis to identify business issues and develop solutions
- Manage recruitment requisitions across all locations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience, or High School diploma with 15 years of progressive HR experience
- 3+ years of experience including recruitment and OFCCP/AAP/EEOC compliance
- 3+ years of experience owning HR practices such as payroll and recruitment
- 1 year of experience using HRIS software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with PrimePoint payroll software or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coaching leaders at various levels
- Experience in high-level collaborative and matrixed environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
