Senior HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires
• Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Handle employee benefits, tax deductions, and reimbursements
• Address employee queries and foster a positive work environment
• Assist in conducting performance appraisals and tracking employee progress
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and exit formalities including full & final settlements
• Prepare and maintain HR reports related to recruitment, payroll, and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8 to 15 years of proven experience in HR functions, specifically in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
