Senior HR Director

Responsibilities

• Strategically direct and lead HR planning, oversight, and implementation for the R&DS Sales and Account Management organization
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions that meet strategic business imperatives
• Provide management coaching and counseling to business leaders to meet regional and functional goals
• Design and lead solutions for organizational design, talent development, and employee engagement
• Lead change management activities related to reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and transfers
• Develop and direct the HR business plan in alignment with overall business objectives
• Manage functional HR budgets and expenses within allocated limits

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience as an HR generalist or a combination of generalist and specialist experience
• Experience operating with senior and executive management teams
• Professional HR accreditation
• Experience with Sales Incentive Plans is preferred
