About the role
Responsibilities
- Strategically direct and lead HR planning, oversight, and implementation for the R&DS Sales and Account Management organization
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions that meet strategic business imperatives
- Provide management coaching and counseling to business leaders to meet regional and functional goals
- Design and lead solutions for organizational design, talent development, and employee engagement
- Lead change management activities related to reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and transfers
- Develop and direct the HR business plan in alignment with overall business objectives
- Manage functional HR budgets and expenses within allocated limits
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience as an HR generalist or a combination of generalist and specialist experience
- Experience operating with senior and executive management teams
- Professional HR accreditation
- Experience with Sales Incentive Plans is preferred
