Senior HR Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools
• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of HR data to identify trends in recruitment, retention, and engagement
• Develop HR data models and analytical frameworks for workforce and succession planning
• Collaborate with HR business partners to translate business questions into analytical solutions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance protocols and regular audits
• Create and present executive-level reports communicating complex findings clearly
• Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring funnel performance to optimize talent acquisition
• Support compensation and benefits analysis including salary benchmarking and equity studies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in HR analytics or data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
• Expert-level skills in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data modeling
• Demonstrated experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and quantitative research methodologies
• Exposure to AI/ML and Data Science techniques
• In-depth knowledge of HR KPIs across recruitment, retention, and compensation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms
• Knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning applications in HR
• Experience with enterprise HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors
• Domain expertise in talent management or workforce planning
