Senior HR Consultant

Responsibilities

• Direct the diagnostics and resolution of complex employee relations issues, collaborating with HR and Legal to recommend systematic solutions.
• Partner with Workplace Investigations and Global Employee Relations teams to investigate serious cases and implement remediation.
• Interpret employee relations trends to design interventions that foster an inclusive, values-based work environment.
• Provide expert consulting to managers on HR programs, processes, and organizational health diagnostics.
• Lead capability-building initiatives, including coaching business leaders and developing training plans to address identified needs.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to implement scalable HR programs such as performance cycles and employee movement.
• Ensure operational compliance by interpreting HR policies and localizing procedures to mitigate risk.
• Manage and oversee employee queries through CRM/queue management systems, ensuring efficient resolution and process improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Human Resources OR a Bachelor's Degree combined with significant HR experience.
• Substantial experience managing HR or business programs related to people processes.
• Proven ability to demonstrate high-impact behaviors within a highly matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in both written and conversational Romanian and English.
