Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial leaders to translate business goals into actionable workforce plans
• Implement department strategies to boost engagement, performance, and operational excellence
• Coach and mentor managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and foster a culture of growth
• Lead change initiatives through clear communication, training, and adoption strategies
• Use HR analytics to anticipate workforce needs and provide actionable guidance to leadership
• Champion culture and inclusion initiatives to promote a people-first environment across global teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, or corporate functions
• Demonstrated experience directly supporting executive-level business leaders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives
• Ability to work onsite in St. Louis, MO, with a flexible schedule for global meetings

• Strong relationship-building and influence skills across all organizational levels
• Track record of driving process improvements within HR functions
