Senior HR Business Partner - Technology

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and product leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and performance management
• Build talent plans and present data-driven insights regarding team performance and risks
• Act as a trusted advisor for both leaders and employees across engineering, product, and design
• Design and shape the employee experience, including growth paths, recognition, and onboarding
• Manage organizational communication during transitions such as re-orgs or pivots
• Utilize people analytics and AI tools to surface patterns and drive decision-making

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Proven credibility with senior technical leaders (CTOs, VPs of Product, Engineering Directors)
• Bilingual fluency in French and English (Required)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Proficiency with AI tools and a curiosity for leveraging technology in HR
• Ability to work autonomously in high-growth, fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or Design organizations
• Background in high-growth SaaS, scale-ups, or post-acquisition tech environments
• Familiarity with dual-track (IC/management) career frameworks
