Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor, coach, and consultant to senior leaders across Canada and the United States.
• Manage the strategic rollout of annual HR activities, including talent management and engagement initiatives.
• Lead workforce management activities such as recruitment, retention, and workforce balancing.
• Partner with leaders to ensure alignment with compensation philosophy and organizational design efforts.
• Collaborate with specialized HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, and learning and development.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of related professional work experience.
• Experience operating successfully within a matrix global organization.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certification.
• Prior experience providing HR support to corporate functions.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
