Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with leaders and employees within assigned business units
- Develop and execute effective recruiting and retention strategies
- Lead performance management, including performance reviews, talent calibrations, and promotion processes
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance
- Hire, coach, and support talent through consistent feedback and navigation of challenges
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
- Working knowledge of compensation, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience with Google Suite, ADP WorkforceNow, Greenhouse, and Lattice
- Strong data analytics and visualization skills
- Experience building and presenting executive-level presentations
