Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Drive the People Strategy for the Ads Product and Engineering client group, ensuring alignment between business operations and HR objectives
• Provide thought leadership and data-driven insights to guide leadership decision-making
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee engagement, talent management, total rewards, and employee relations
• Coach leadership on talent management strategy, career planning, and performance management
• Support and execute cyclical HR programs and organizational design initiatives
• Maintain HR data integrity and ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulatory standards
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute specialized programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience
• Expertise in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of HR disciplines including diversity and inclusion, compensation, and talent management
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence leadership
• Experience in organizational design, integration, and change management
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR/SPHR certification
• Working knowledge of Workday (Core HCM)
