About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted People Partner to global technology leaders, translating business objectives into people initiatives
  • Build HRBP processes and frameworks from scratch in a greenfield environment
  • Anticipate future talent needs through headcount planning and business forecasting
  • Partner with the Talent team to optimize recruitment strategies and onboarding
  • Implement performance frameworks, goal setting, and continuous feedback models
  • Design and deliver L&D programs, including technical up-skilling and leadership workshops
  • Resolve workplace issues and lead engagement and retention initiatives
  • Create scalable HR policies aligned with global best practices and local labor regulations
  • Enhance HR processes, payroll coordination, and HRIS administration through automation
  • Use HR analytics and dashboards to track key metrics and provide actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • 7–10 years in HRBP or HR leadership roles within fast-growing technology companies
  • Proven experience partnering with C-level stakeholders in technical departments (Product, Engineering, IT, Security)
  • Demonstrated ability in managing HR operations, payroll, HRIS, and policy implementation
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Experience designing onboarding programs and performance frameworks for tech teams
  • Knowledge of labor law and local employment practices
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across international teams
  • Openness to AI-driven ways of working
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CIPD or equivalent is a strong plus
  • Fluent English (B2+)
