Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR reference for managers to support daily team management and development
• Manage key HR processes including performance reviews, succession planning, engagement, and organizational change
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify critical issues and define corrective actions for the business
• Implement recruiting strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
• Oversee onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, and, where necessary, labor relations
• Contribute to cross-functional projects regarding Diversity & Inclusion, training, and organizational climate
• Ensure correct application of company policies and current regulations

Requirements

• Degree in economics, law, or humanities
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in structured or dynamic environments
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and the ability to balance operational, strategic, and relational tasks
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and manage complex situations
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HR tools such as Workday or SuccessFactors
