Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support employees and leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Coach and counsel managers on employee relations and people-related issues
• Implement and improve talent programs including Talent Reviews and Quarterly Conversations
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning, job descriptions, and compensation accuracy
• Provide consultative compensation support to ensure competitive and equitable strategies
• Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and recommend courses of action
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, etc.)
• Act as a liaison between department leaders and HR Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience supporting business units with at least 500 employees
• Experience supporting employees across multiple states and jurisdictions
• Superior knowledge of US employment law (WA, CA, NY preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certifications (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP)
• Experience with international employment law (UK and Singapore)
• Previous experience with Workday
