Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and product leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and performance management
• Build and execute talent plans that align with product roadmaps and technical priorities
• Act as a trusted advisor to both senior leadership and employees, navigating complex organizational dynamics with empathy and rigor
• Design and shape the end-to-end employee experience for technical teams, including onboarding, growth paths, and recognition
• Drive data-driven decision-making by using people analytics to surface patterns and organizational risks
• Shape internal communications to ensure clarity and transparency during organizational changes or pivots
• Utilize AI and modern HR technology to automate manual processes and increase operational speed

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Bilingual fluency in both French and English (required)
• Proven experience building credibility with senior technical leaders (CTOs, VPs of Product, Engineering Directors)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Proficiency with AI tools and a proactive approach to leveraging technology in HR workflows
• Experience working within Engineering, Product, or Design organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-growth SaaS or scale-up environments
• Familiarity with dual-track (IC and management) career frameworks
• Experience using people analytics platforms like Rippling or Officevibe
