About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to internal clients, supporting compensation, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance and operational support to employees and managers to ensure accurate execution of policies and procedures.
  • Offer coaching and counseling on performance management, employee development, progressive discipline, and conflict resolution.
  • Execute core HR processes, including salary review cycles, promotion processes, and talent management cycles.
  • Identify and implement development plans for key employees and high-potential talent to strengthen succession readiness.
  • Lead HR-led change initiatives and cross-functional projects, managing communications to ensure effective adoption.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and issue resolution, ensuring compliant outcomes and risk mitigation.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organizational culture, and local employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
  • 5 years of professional HR experience.
  • Strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to advise and challenge leaders at all levels.
  • Broad functional expertise across talent, performance, compensation, and workforce planning.
  • Sound employee relations judgment, including experience with investigations and discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Proven capability in coaching leaders on performance and development.
