Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the Air & Water Customer Success and Operations organizations, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day partnership to leaders.
• Align organizational, talent, and workforce strategies with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Provide coaching on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
• Design and implement the Air & Water onboarding experience to accelerate integration and productivity for new hires.
• Lead internal communications for the Air & Water organization, including the management of the SharePoint site and content strategy.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build scalable HR processes and explore opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or employee experience responsibilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing internal communication platforms (SharePoint experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence leaders across multiple levels.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
