Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to specific lines of business, partnering with senior and executive leadership to achieve organizational goals
• Utilize a data-driven approach to recommend impactful human capital initiatives with measurable ROI
• Provide consulting and coaching to leadership to resolve large-scale personnel issues and drive organizational culture
• Evaluate organizational design and provide recommendations to optimize performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Support senior leaders in cyclical strategic activities including performance appraisals, talent planning, and employee experience action planning
• Partner with Corporate Compensation and People Operations teams to develop talent attraction strategies and support change management
• Provide expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment, including hiring, performance management, and rewards

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience across multiple disciplines
• 5+ years of experience providing HR support for large organizations (5,000+ employees)
• 5+ years of experience partnering with or supporting senior and executive-level leadership
• Proven ability to identify trends in data and use those insights to inform stakeholder recommendations
• Strong coaching and advising skills for employees at all levels, from front-line to executive
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
