Responsibilities
- Partner with the CTO and CPO on workforce planning and technical competency identification
- Act as a strategic link with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top-tier technical talent
- Oversee and optimize the onboarding journey for developers and product managers
- Identify training needs and implement development plans for technical and product roles
- Lead the bi-annual performance review cycle and implement Performance Optimization Plans
- Facilitate internal mobility and career pathing
- Coach Tech and Product leads to enhance managerial and leadership skills
- Conduct exit interviews and drive data-led retention initiatives
- Propose and lead Quality of Life at Work projects
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR leadership experience
- Deep understanding of Tech and Product ecosystems (Feature Teams, SaaS)
- Proven experience in Tech scale-ups
- Strong business acumen regarding product lifecycles
- Ability to advise senior stakeholders and coach leaders
- Fluency in English
