About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across international businesses to drive organizational effectiveness and talent development
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations matters in compliance with UK employment legislation
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
  • Support restructuring, change management, and organizational design initiatives
  • Drive talent management processes including succession planning and development planning
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to attract and retain high-performing talent
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the business
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR interventions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including significant time in a senior advisory or HRBP role
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders within a complex, matrixed, or international organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases and organizational change
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or a regulated environment
  • Experience supporting international or EMEA client groups

Preferred Qualifications

  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7)
  • Exposure to or experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
