Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leaders to turn enterprise-level People priorities into practical actions
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management programs
• Manage employee and industrial relations matters, including disputes, investigations, and union engagement
• Support Enterprise Agreement (EA) negotiations
• Coach and support leaders to uplift people leadership capability and foster an inclusive culture
• Ensure consistent application of employment legislation and manage people-related risks
• Interpret people metrics into actionable insights for your portfolio

Requirements

• Degree qualification in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
• Significant experience in HR Business Partnering within a complex operational environment
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations practices
• Experience with workforce planning, change management, and organizational development
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and engage stakeholders effectively
