About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management
- Lead and facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformations
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop succession planning and leadership development solutions
- Provide coaching and consultation to managers on HR policies, labor laws, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR programs to improve organizational effectiveness
- Oversee complex employee relations issues and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to implement business-supporting programs
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
- Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience driving change management and organizational development
- Strong problem-solving skills
