Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management
• Lead and facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformations
• Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop succession planning and leadership development solutions
• Provide coaching and consultation to managers on HR policies, labor laws, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR programs to improve organizational effectiveness
• Oversee complex employee relations issues and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to implement business-supporting programs
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience driving change management and organizational development
• Strong problem-solving skills
