Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior leaders to align organizational design, talent, and workforce decisions with business priorities.
• Drive a culture of accountability and high performance by supporting leaders in making strong talent decisions.
• Coach managers and senior leaders through performance conversations, organizational change, and leadership challenges.
• Support teams through significant organizational transformation, including evolving to AI-native operating models.
• Lead key talent processes including succession planning, performance management, and career development.
• Manage complex employee relations topics in partnership with Legal, ensuring compliance with Dutch employment law.
• Drive organizational effectiveness by helping leaders optimize structure, productivity, and team design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a scaling tech, SaaS, or fast-moving international environment.
• Strong track record of supporting senior leaders through organizational change and performance management.
• Deep understanding of Dutch employment law and employee relations.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with confidence and pragmatism.
• Fluency in Dutch and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
