Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with managers and employees to translate business priorities into HR support
• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
• Support talent management by identifying high-potential individuals and facilitating development planning
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on role briefs, interview processes, and hiring decisions
• Implement HR policies and coordinate with HR Operations, L&D, and Compensation & Reward teams
• Track and interpret key people metrics such as headcount, attrition, and engagement to inform business decisions
• Coach managers through difficult conversations and provide guidance on employment law and people risk

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust at all levels
• Good working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Ability to interpret HR data and people metrics to support business decisions
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
• A curious mindset with a desire to understand business context
