Responsibilities

- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR functions
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
