Senior Hospitality Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospitality requests for clients, guests, freelancers, artists, and internal teams
• Prepare or coordinate food trays, beverages, snacks, and other studio requirements
• Provide high-end service (coffee, meals, bar) including "white glove" service for VIP guests
• Manage food, beverage, and hospitality supply inventories and orders
• Oversee expenses, receipts, and orders following internal processes
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of hospitality spaces
• Collaborate with Culture, Production, and Facilities teams for seamless execution
• Support the setup and operational running of internal and client events

Requirements

• Relevant experience in hospitality, customer service, catering, or event coordination
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with professionalism and discretion
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous requests under pressure
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Functional bilingualism in French and English
• Ability to perform light physical tasks and material handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Food hygiene and safety certification (e.g., MAPAQ)
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, bar, or specialized barista service
• Experience in a studio, agency, or creative production environment
• Proficiency with expense, inventory, or ordering tracking tools
