Senior Home Loan Officer

Responsibilities

• Meet mortgage loan production standards by performing high volume lending functions accurately and timely
• Guide qualified borrowers through the mortgage loan origination process and set clear expectations
• Evaluate loan application materials, credit reports, title reports, appraisals, and inspections
• Identify and coordinate opportunities with other departments to fulfill corporate objectives
• Maintain current knowledge of residential loan programs including conventional, FHA/VA, and construction loans
• Act as a member advocate and follow through on all commitments
• Recommend policy and procedural changes to assist in achieving strategic goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NMLS registration under the terms of the SAFE Act of 2008
• Minimum of three years of lending experience in a financial services environment
• Knowledge of mortgage terms, title insurance, and mortgage processing procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Reliable transportation for frequent travel to branches and worksites in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho
