Senior Home Lending Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the chief point of contact for customers throughout the home loan lifecycle, providing expert guidance on mortgage products and financial analysis.
• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers to meet with customers and introduce new clients to additional products and services.
• Develop strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Utilize various marketing efforts, including direct mail, media advertisements, and outbound lead sourcing, to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Act as an internal and external mortgage expert, maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Deep knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FHA and VA sales.
• Demonstrated skills in marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
