Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Windows and Linux users
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for device configuration and security
- Manage Azure / Entra ID identities, MFA, and conditional access policies
- Support user and group administration across Microsoft 365 services
- Support and troubleshoot engineering software such as CAD, CAM, and CFD tools
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding lifecycle and hardware provisioning
- Oversee asset management and inventory using ITSM tools
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and SOPs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in helpdesk, desktop, or IT support
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure / Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments
- Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing systems (CAD, CAM, CFD)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or heavy industry settings
- Familiarity with GCC High or similar secure operational environments
- Experience with ManageEngine, ServiceNow, or other ITSM tools
- Knowledge of PowerShell for automation
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
