About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex and high-priority incidents
- Administer modern desktop environments using Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and MECM
- Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and conditional access policies
- Administer Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior helpdesk technicians
- Manage hardware lifecycle including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
- Support executive/VIP needs and coordinate IT logistics for local meetings and events
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT administration
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and/or MECM
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365) administration and Exchange Online
- Experience with Azure AD administration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V is highly desirable
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL V4, or Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus
