Senior Healthcare Executive

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets through planned customer coverage and timely implementation of sales promotion initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and oncology healthcare professionals, including Medical Oncologists and Hemato-Oncologists.
• Conduct high-quality, one-to-one in-clinic product detailing highlighting scientific features, efficacy, and safety profiles.
• Plan and organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs in coordination with hospital stakeholders.
• Track oncology institution purchase trends, hospital formulary dynamics, and tender movements to identify growth opportunities.
• Execute territory action plans and use digital technology solutions for disciplined field execution and data entry.
• Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure product availability within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience with proven territory ownership.
• Degree in Sciences or Pharmacy preferred.
• Strong oncology therapy-area knowledge and scientific acumen.
• Proven ability to engage healthcare professionals in evidence-based medical discussions.
• Strong customer relationship management skills and experience with KOL engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor business trends and identify priority accounts.
