Senior Healthcare Executive

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets through planned customer coverage and scientific promotion within an assigned oncology territory.
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key oncology customers, including Medical Oncologists and Hemato-Oncologists.
• Conduct high-quality in-clinic product detailing, highlighting scientific features, efficacy, safety profiles, and clinical evidence.
• Execute approved product promotion campaigns and organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs in coordination with hospital stakeholders.
• Track hospital purchase trends, formulary dynamics, and tender movements to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Utilize digital technology and sales analytics to ensure disciplined field execution and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure product availability within the territory.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience with proven territory ownership.
• Strong oncology therapy-area knowledge and scientific acumen.
• Proven ability to engage healthcare professionals in evidence-based medical discussions.
• Excellent customer relationship management and KOL engagement skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor business trends and identify priority accounts.
• Degree in Sciences or Pharmacy is preferred.
