Senior Health Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the health center and support a high-performing clinical team
• Partner with clinicians, physicians, nursing, and support staff to deliver inclusive, patient-centered care
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate staff to strengthen performance and engagement
• Oversee patient flow, staffing alignment, and service quality to reduce bottlenecks and wait times
• Monitor budgets, productivity, KPIs, patient satisfaction, and compliance metrics
• Ensure accurate documentation, billing, fee collection, and EHR workflow support
• Maintain a safe, clean, well-stocked, and compliant health center environment
• Lead with a strong commitment to race equity, DEI, and organizational values

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding and medical record documentation
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a shared-leadership environment
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated commitment to patient engagement, employee engagement, and accountability
• Ability to collaborate across functions and support operational goals
• Commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission, values, and race equity principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience overseeing clinical operations in a multi-service health center
• Familiarity with EHR systems, billing workflows, and quality improvement processes
• Experience supporting staff development through observation-based coaching
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance requirements
