Senior Health and Safety Professional

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform H&S services including industrial hygiene surveys, indoor air quality surveys, and OSHA compliance auditing
• Support marketing efforts and participate in business development through proposal writing and client presentations
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff and serve as a technical resource
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing technical advisory support
• Develop scopes of work, cost proposals, and project schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science in Environmental, Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive H&S and/or Industrial Hygiene experience
• Professional certification: CIH or CSP required
• Proven track record in business development and project management
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, chemical processing, construction, or oil & gas
• Ability to travel overnight up to 50%
