Senior Health and Benefits Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations, placement, and claims departments to ensure the proper functioning of insured benefits programs
• Manage the implementation of technological tools and platforms
• Support new sales initiatives and business development efforts
• Act as a coach and provide support to assigned teams regarding complex renewals and policy operations
• Supervise adherence to corporate guidelines and standards
• Develop deliverables in collaboration with local and international consultants

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance agencies or insurance companies
• Expertise in the full business cycle of insured benefits, including quoting, implementation, and operation of major medical and corporate life insurance policies
• Fluency in Business English is indispensable
• Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex information
• Excellent negotiation skills and high attention to detail
• Proven ability to work in a team and build professional relationships
• Strong client orientation and commitment to achieving goals
