Senior Health and Benefits Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services to global company headquarters and coordinate local services for insured health and risk benefits
• Support client delivery activities and lead regular calls with clients
• Manage projects effectively using established project management trackers and technology
• Provide updates on local country activities and proactively identify and escalate issues
• Work with global or regional consulting leads to provide strategic advice aligned with client benefits strategies
• Identify and document global client processes and communicate priorities to local consultants and brokers
• Oversee the implementation of global benefits governance technology platforms
• Develop and present global or regional financial and stewardship reports
• Coordinate multi-country projects including benchmarking, wellbeing, and cost savings initiatives
• Track project budgets and keep abreast of legislative and market changes

Requirements

• 3-5 years of client-facing or consulting experience
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
• Technical competency in international employee benefits (insured health/risk and non-insured retirement/leaves)
• Strong client management and project management skills
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize conflicting schedules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate internationally
