Senior Head Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to achieve sales, service, organization, and profitability goals
• Drive operational excellence by managing P/L statements, labor, expenses, and brand activations
• Foster a high-performing, engaged team environment through recognition and rewards
• Execute brand initiatives and work with District Partners on enterprise-wide programs
• Ensure safety and operational standards are maintained while delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Minimum of four years of store management experience
• Proven experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and people leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and climbing ladders
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
• Demonstrated ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching
