Senior Harnessing Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute complex harness builds with minimal guidance and high attention to detail
• Lead floor training sessions and mentor Apprentice and Harnessing Technicians
• Partner with Engineering on new product introduction and first article builds
• Identify, escalate, and help solve build and design issues
• Support updates to build documentation based on production feedback
• Champion 5S principles, safety, and quality initiatives
• Support ad-hoc projects to boost output and ensure harness builds are delivered quickly and efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• 5–12 years of experience in harness manufacturing or related production environments
• Expert at reading complex schematics and executing high-quality builds
• Experience mentoring junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification
