Senior Hardware QA Analyst

Responsibilities

• Implement upstream practices to improve product quality delivery
• Perform manual testing for the qualification of new cameras and their variants
• Execute automated and manual tests at contract manufacturers in Asia to ensure maximum quality before mass production
• Conduct various validation types including energy consumption, photo/video quality, mechanical tests, water ingress, and overall stability
• Participate in the validation of new firmware versions
• Document test results and detected anomalies clearly
• Contribute to risk analysis and provide go/no-go recommendations for manufacturing
• Develop and evolve automated hardware tests using tools such as LabGrid, Pytest, and Katalon
• Support Digital QA and Production QA activities, including application testing and customer feedback analysis

Requirements

• DEC or BAC in electronics or embedded development
• Significant experience in hardware, electronic, or embedded product QA
• Experience working with products manufactured in Asia
• Proven experience with hardware test automation
• Strong understanding of the interactions between hardware, firmware, and product behavior
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and excellent judgment
• Experience with connected products, IoT, cameras, or cellular devices is a significant asset
