Senior Hardware QA Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and execute advanced automated and manual testing strategies to qualify security cameras before mass production
• Perform manual testing for new camera models and variants, including energy consumption, photo/video quality, mechanical, and water infiltration tests
• Conduct automated and manual testing at contract manufacturers (CM) to ensure maximum quality before production
• Validate new firmware versions and document all test results and detected anomalies
• Contribute to risk analysis and provide go/no-go recommendations for manufacturing
• Implement and evolve automated hardware testing using tools such as LabGrid, Pytest, and Katalon
• Support Digital QA and Production QA activities, including application testing and customer feedback analysis

Requirements

• Significant experience in quality assurance for hardware, electronic, or embedded products
• Proven experience with manual testing of physical products
• Hands-on experience with hardware test automation
• Strong understanding of the interactions between hardware, firmware, and product behavior
• Bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken) for frequent international collaboration
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and professional judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in electronics or embedded products
• Experience with IoT, connected products, cameras, or cellular devices
